30-day return window
Request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item. For an ordinary change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will assist with the appropriate resolution. Ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not exclude assistance for damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Return shipping & fees
We pay return shipping when the issue is our error, damage, a defect or an incorrect item. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, funds will be returned automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
